Area : 13.68 ac.
Stage : pre-design

This sub-urban farming and eco-tourism resort master plan spans 13.68 acres, integrating sustainable agriculture with eco-friendly tourism.
The project utilizes aquaponics and hydroponics systems to produce agricultural goods, supported by an on-site research and development (R&D) lab dedicated to advancing farming techniques. Vegetables grown on the farm will supply both the restaurant and market within the development.
Visitors can engage with agriculture in the community garden, while also enjoying eco-friendly accommodations in capsule-style chalets near paddy fields and fish ponds. The development includes a marina clubhouse, a pet farm, and a commercial center featuring dining, exhibitions, and souvenir shops. With a ferry terminal, public parking, and pedestrian riverwalks, this project offers a holistic, sustainable destination for both locals and tourists.
